I have nothing to teach.
I have nothing to give.
Every word I say is a lie.
Everything I share is not the Truth.
I am nothing special.

All I have is an open Heart and a clear Mind
with which I’m happy to support you
in your own journey of finding out by yourself what the Truth is.

This is beyond concepts and ideas.
This is beyond expectations and beliefs.

What you loose on this journey is everything you thought is real.
What you get on this journey is the Truth.
And it’s not what you think it is or what you expect it is.
It’s an adventure into the Unknown.

Let’s get this journey started!

You will laugh and cry on this journey. Discover unknown lands and meet old friends.
You will think you are dying and you will rise again.
Lighter, happier, freer.

And this is what it looks like:

I go with you by holding the space for you. I support your system so that it feels safe and can allow more and more opening. When the storms swirl you around, I am the anchor. When you think you are lost, I am the lighthouse. I stand here and hold up the sign for you. The only sign you’ll ever need on this journey: “Truth”.

I can be as sharp as a warrior’s sword and as gentle as a loving mother’s embrace. We work with self-inquiry and embodiment, among other things, but above all with your courageous willingness to open up to what you did not want to feel and see before.
